Perfect for the budget traveler

Posted 19-Oct-2016
Location: 10-15 minute walk to Disney. There is also the Anaheim garden walk just next door, which has many restaurants to choose from.
It's no secret that this hotel could use a few upgrades (the carpet has had its time etc), however... when you're on a budget and don't want to spend a fortune for a room you crash at the end of a long day in Disney.. this is your hotel! The rooms are clean, and it appears the bathrooms have been recently upgraded. The bed is plenty sufficient when you're exhausted from being at the park all day. The staff at the check-in desk are always friendly and helpful. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the park, so plan accordingly so you can make it for gate opening. They provide breakfast: toast, cereal, yogurt and waffles. It's nothing fancy, but it comes with the price of the room, so it's perfect to eat something quick on your way to the park!

Great hotel, great Location!

Posted 18-Oct-2016
Pros: Price, location and cleanliness
Location: Restaurants, shopping and much more!
Room was really big and clean. Loved the pillows. Needed another bkanket though. Nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast I thought was pretty good. Nothing fancy but filled us up and helped start our day with a full belly. The distance between the hotel and park was ok..it's walkable. Lots of stores and restaurants all right there including the Garden Walk. Would stay here again.

Nice place within walking distance to Disneyland.

Posted 18-Oct-2016
Pros: Rooms were very clean, quiet surroundings so one can actually sleep.
Cons: For the price and location, I can't think of anything to dislike.
Location: Disneyland and California Adventures within 15 minute walking distance, nice restaurants literally next door (Bubba Gump, McFaddens, CPK)
The two queen beds were very comfortable, even though they did take up the width of the room. Everything was very clean, bathroom and sink area in nice shape, and the included continental breakfast was very nice every morning. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the Disneyland entrance which was very handy. There were a number of nice restaurants next door which provided a varied assortment of menu items.

Good location and great value

Posted 17-Oct-2016
We were in Anaheim to visit Disneyland, not to spend a lot of time in our hotel. All I wanted was a hotel that was within walking distance (10-15 mins max) to Disneyland, had both a pool and hot tub, laundry facilities, free parking, good wifi, clean rooms and wasn't going to cost a fortune. Apart from the sticky carpet, the Super 8 Anaheim near Disneyland fulfilled all of these requirements. Moreover it had a free breakfast (which I didn't try), the staff was helpful and it was practically next door to all of the restaurants in GardenWalk. If you're after a swanky hotel, this is not for you but if you're on a budget, I'd totally recommend this hotel.

The room smelled of pesticides

Posted 16-Oct-2016
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland
Cons: The continental breakfast was EXTREMELY limited and the room had a funny smell
Location: Disneyland and Garden Walk is right next door.

Great for the price!

Posted 15-Oct-2016
Location: Disneyland, California Adventure, Downtown Disney, about 1.5 hours away from Universal Studios
I would stay there again! The location is ideal for visiting Disneyland-you can see the park from the window! The breakfast was simple but very good--waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is free parking that was very safe and well lit. Pool and hot tub. One complaint is that the walls are so thin that when people would go into their own rooms, it sounded like they were coming into my room.

Location: Disney
Perfect location, and at the right price. Breakfast was a bit short of room though but the food was good.

Cheap and overall Clean

Posted 12-Oct-2016
Pros: Cheap, Overall clean and the breakfast
Cons: the one maid and the walk to disneyland
Location: Long walk to Disneyland, close to a lot of good restaurants and the convention center is a short walk.
I travel to Disneyland with my wife ever other year. We have stayed at a few different hotels. This one was a good one the only draw back was it was a little far walk to Disneyland than we would like but for the money it was worth it. The breakfast was very good other than one maid/cook making the waffles. she didn't seem to like her job too much and it showed. The room overall was clean. The carpet was a little dirty and crunchy. We did stay for 8 nights so it was an extended stay. If we were on a budget we would go back but we prefer a shorter walk to the park.

Only benefit is that you can walk to the hotel

Posted 12-Oct-2016
This is a fairly run down Super 8, with mediocre staff service. The breakfast room is a joke. It's tiny with little selection and very few tables to sit at. Over our 6 night stay, we were only able to sit once. The only redeeming quality is that it's a short 10 minute walk to Disneyland.
