B&B Van Marion
The hotel is in a quiet suburb a short walk from the beach. The rooms in the B&B part of the hotel are functional, but don’t expect any frills for the price. Decent enough for what it is.

Das B&B ist schön ruhig gelegen, bietet ein tolles Frühstück und ist von unseren Zimmer ausreichend für 2-3 Nächte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2 OG, klein aber ausreichend mit kl. Kühlschrank. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Nicht so toll war, das wir mit dem Gepäck vor verschlossener Tür standen, da der Check-in ca. 300 Meter im Hotel ist. Das Auto konnten wir nicht auf dem vorhanden schmalen Parkplatz stellen, da dieser voll war. Alles kein Drama, aber auch nicht ideal. Vielleicht hilft ein Online-Check-in ;-), entlastet ja auch etwas.

Bilder versprachen deutlich mehr Platz, Privatsphäre ist schwierig wenn Bett und Toilette nicht mal 1m auseinander liegen. Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Eingangsbereich wirkt insbesondere sehr muffig. Personal war nett und sehr bemüht - konnte aber auch nicht helfen wenn um 10:31 Uhr das Frühstück rum war und die Kaffeemaschine 1€ für heißes Wasser verlangte. Idealer Ort wenn man nur zum schlafen hin kommt.

Die Unterkunft wird von außen momentan saniert, haben aber von dem Baulärm nichts mitbekommen. Es ist nicht die schönste, aber auch nicht die schlechteste Unterkunft. Zum übernachten reicht es allemal. Anreise würde ich mit dem Auto empfehlen, da der Strand schon abgelegen ist. Frühstück war okay, alles da, was man braucht. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad nach dem duschen und Der Bewegungsmelder im Bad, der nachts einfach an gegangen ist. Föhn nicht vergessen mitzunehmen, den gibt es nämlich nicht. 😃
