Terrible Staff, Rude and knock your door at 11am!

I liked the hotel location, but was a big mistake, this family owned hotel was a Huge Mistake, I arrive at 8pm and the main door was closed so they send me to the small night window where I barely understand what the man behind said. I had a reservation made and paid full online, but the old guy was all nervous and doubt If I really paid the room in advance, after showing him my email confirmation he gives me only one room key, and even though they say offer "free breakfast" the only serve coffee. Next morning while I was waiting for my Uber someone from the Staff knock my door at 11:02 am to let me know my time was finished and he asked me to leave the room, and wait for my taxi in the reception. I never felt that way before, most of the World Class hotels have a 30minutes period of grace or tolerance to do the checkout, I felt very uncomfortable. I will not recommend this hotel, that is the problem with most of Non-chain hotels.
