THREE-ROOM APARTMENT, with a splendid view of the sea, the island of Tavolara and the surrounding greenery. Set in a residential complex and located on the second floor, it consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a loft with two single beds, a double bedroom, a second twin bedroom and a bathroom; the property is completed by an outdoor area furnished with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation and a parking space. There is a TV, washing machine and air conditioning in the living room.  
The beach is 950 metres away and can therefore be reached on foot, but those wishing to go there by car can do so as the flat has free parking 200 metres from the First Beach of Porto Istana; the beach is also suitable for children as it slopes gently, while the main services can be found in nearby Murta Maria.  
For larger groups, other three-room apartments as well as studios, two-room apartments and small villas with up to 8 beds are available within the structure.  
Possibility of increasing the maximum occupancy of the flat by one person if the sixth person is a child.  
Given its location, the flat is also a starting point for viewing the entire east coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni.
