This oceanfront building in North Ocean City is a beautiful three-bedroom condo with ocean views as well as views of the outdoor pool at Rainbow. Walk out the door and you're right on the beach to enjoy the surf and sand. North Ocean City is a great area where you are close enough to walk to Gold Coast Mall, hop down and indulge in great local food, or let the kids jump on the rides at Trimper's and play the arcade games. The full kitchen has plenty of room for you to make a meal for everyone, with seating available at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar just behind it. The living and dining room opens up to the large furnished balcony to appreciate the ocean views and coastal air. The living room has a large sectional sofa and TV for everyone to join around and catch a late-night movie. The primary bedroom has a bed and TV along with an en suite that features dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two beds and its own TV as well. The third bedroom is great for kids thanks to the fun sleeping options and the TV to watch their favorite shows. The washer and dryer are in a closet just off the kitchen so you have a convenient way to toss in your wet beach clothes after a day at the beach. If you need to bring your laptop, the free WiFi throughout has you covered. Other on-site building amenities include a beachfront outdoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool, and of course, it's beachfront! Things to Know There is a $30.00 cash non-refundable building registration fee due at check-in. An additional $30.00 is required for a second car on a first-come-first-served basis. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We enjoyed our mini-vacation at unit 306\. However, there is a few things that can be improved. The carpets do need a thorough cleaning. An outdoor rug needs to be placed at the front door and there's not much hot water. After 2 of us took a quick shower , there was no hot water. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, the floors were dirty, there was trash under the beds, moldy shower curtains, the tubs would not drain. Had to call a plumber to unclog both shower drains. While Vacasa did respond and tend to the issues, it was very disruptive to our trip and very disappointing that the place was not that well cared for. The first was excellent. This time not so good. Surface cleaning was fine. Kitchen was clean, the bathrooms were clean and we had clean sheets and linens. However we soon discovered that there was trash under every bed and behind all furniture, and several draws had clothing from previous renters. The toaster caught fire and we reported all of this to Vacasa who told us the "local office" would reach out to us. No on ever did. At the end of our stay I reported these issues to the local office and they said never received any report of the toaster or trash issues, and told me that they are not able to get good cleaning crews. Why am I paying a cleaning fee as part of this rental? I believe this is a good company and they will fix these issues. Until then, buyer beware. ##### Jill C. Great location to many great restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the hot water tank only heated enough water for 2-3 showers daily. Also the pool, although clean and inviting, had strict rules. Kids weren't able to catch soft toss water balls in pool, no speakers, no rafts even if no other people at pool. Beach rules were also strict. Appreciate this for safety, but different than what others may expect at other beaches. Unit was over priced compared to other similar condos but was updated and a beautiful place. ##### Brett K. Cleanliness was probably 4/5-the kids feet were pretty dirty running around barefoot but it was otherwise clean. Our biggest complaint was check in. Vacasa needs to change this process. Everyone gets there the same time, parking is atrocious, and I waited in line for over 30 minutes for keys. We’ve been renting condos for over 5 years and have never experienced this. After driving 6 hours that was an awful experience with cranky kids in the car waiting. ##### Marissa F. Especially grateful for a unit that provides the linens. We come from out of state, so not having to lug all of the linens was a huge plus. Additionally, beach chairs & umbrella were provided. Super grateful for that as well. There were a few small maintenance issues which we have reported. I am sure that they will be addressed promptly. Thanks so much.
