Condo Rules: \- Check-in: After 4pm \- Checkout: at 10am, no later \- Keyless check-in \- NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit or on the balcony(s)-This includes any form of electronic cigarettes or vaping. Failure to follow this rule results in a $500 remediation fee. \- Dog Friendly, maximum of 2 dogs, must be crated when left alone in condo. A $200 pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival at the condo. During booking, when you select number of Travelers, you must select "I am traveling with pets," then the $200 fee is automatically added to the "Host fee" seen in "Price details" before you select to "Book now". Failure to pay the pet fee when bringing a dog breaks house rules and forfeiture of reservation. All dogs must be up-to-date on shots, and on a flea & tick regiment. Bringing fleas or ticks into the condo results in a $250 remediation fee. \- NO PARTIES or EVENTS. \- Must be 25 years or older to rent the property. The guest who makes and pays for the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. \- Number of adults, children and pets occupying the home must match reservation at all times, and any changes need to be communicated with the host in advance. Violations warrant a non-refundable cancellation or an additional $500 fee. \- Reservations consisting of longer stays are subject to an additional "weekly refresh" housecleaning of $80/visit. Ex: a guest staying for 1-month will have 3 weekly refresh visits for a total of $240 which is charged to the Vrbo reservation. How it works: The guest starts the laundry (bed sheets & towels) at least 1 hour prior to the cleaner's arrival, then the cleaner puts them in the dryer and makes the beds back up. The condo was very clean and comfortable! There were adequate supplies of necessity items for our group. You can see the ocean from all the windows/doors on the back of the unit. Walk to beach is about 7 mins with a beach walk to help with beach buggies and other mobile items. This is on the quieter side of OKI with less traffic. ##### Shawn D. S. Lovely place. However, no basic cable service and only one TV which was located in the living room. The large bedroom didn’t even have a TV. We love the area and the slow pace. This condo was a great location near The Point, very clean, nicely updated, kitchen had all the supplies, loved the balcony/tall chairs with a view, and an outdoor closet stocked with six beach chairs, an umbrella, and wagon. The beds were comfortable, too. We would have loved it more if there were televisions in the bedrooms for multi family use. We would have liked to have control of the thermostat. It was a digital Google type with remote access and I woke two nights to being overly hot to find the thermostat turned up. There are labels everywhere, some helpful, but many feeling like micro-managing. They have it posted asking it to stay set above 72 and that didn't fit with hot flashing, a four month old, and a daughter with migraines. Having to ask for approval for an additional fur baby, due to a sitter canceling last minute, our pet fee was doubled and we had already paid a damage fee into our bill in addition to pet fees. All total this was the most expensive rental we have had in 20 years of traveling.We left with no damage, all checklist items complete, and I swept multiple times through the week to lessen cleaning needs. ##### Heather G.
