No restaurant for evening meal. No disabled facilities. Both entrances have steep steps and a disabled or semi disabled person Would struggle to get in.
My dad and is wife who is semi disabled was put in a room in the lower basement and was totally unsuitable. They would not move them yet advertise ' upgrade to a sea view room or one of our new 'wet room' rooms. Eventually moved them into room 101 the next day, although better, was a dark and dingy room and very outdated, for the money paid (£104 per night) was extremely poor value and would never stay there again.
The staff we dealt with were friendly and as helpful as they could be.
