Fully appointed twin-home in a uniquely private setting, just a short half block walk to the beach with nice views and ocean breezes. Great Ocean air flow due to elevated hotel across the street. Excellent vacation like atmosphere in a quiet section with very little residential activity surrounding your home, yet you are just steps to the beach. Your house is fully appointed with everything you would need to have in a large home, and its relatively new construction, with some new flooring and paint recently done. You will have multiple living areas, a fully appointed kitchen, and private back deck for lounging or entertaining with a half bath nearby. There is 4 comfortable sized and private bedrooms that allow for maximum functioning and comfort, and conveniently located bathrooms for all. You also have full laundry facilities available if that is desired. There is a large driveway for parking, and a secluded front porch for enjoying the ocean & beach atmosphere.
