It is ski-in/ski-out, filled with natural light, and located on a dead end street. The bedrooms are spread out so that everyone has their own private space and are fitted with memory foam mattresses. There are several resort amenities to take advantage of such as arcades, a spa, and a golf course. What's nearby: Jay Peak is filled with activities through all four seasons and offers plenty of amenities to keep the family fun going. At the resort, there is also an indoor waterpark and a recreation center with a climbing gym, arcade, and movie theater. If you are looking for off resort fun, you will find hiking, biking, kayaking, and a Salt Cave Spa nearby. The area down stairs was perfect for those with younger children. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to sit together. There is a thermostat on each floor - but heat rises and created a sauna upstairs. We only used the gas fire, nice to look at and a great heat source. We were there for my sons hockey tournament at Jay Peak and we received nearly a foot of snow during our visit. I contacted the property owner because my arm is broken and they promptly sent out a nice man to help shovel us out. There is also a shuttle that picks you up right outside and will take you around the area so we didn't have to drive in the snowy conditions. You can also walk right out onto the mountain and ski down to the ski lifts. Great stay all around and I would book again. ##### Andrew L. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. We absolutely loved the convenience of ski in/out and the ability to come and go as we needed. The house was super well stocked with everything from bathroom supplies, to dishwasher and laundry pods, to most kitchen necessities. They even had multiple dryguy boot and glove warmers in the house. We always travel with extras but we never needed them here because the house was so well stocked. We stayed in the summer and without AC but it has large windows providing plenty of fresh air. Very peaceful setting.
