It is on the top floor with a southern exposure. It has an ideal location in the Nice Carré D'Or ("Golden Square") in the city center, 3 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the famous pedestrian zone. The apartment has both a modern and vintage decoration. The multicolored living room , similar to a cocoon is placed under the sign of simplicity and zest for life. The bright colors used as turquoise or yellow evoke the summer and the beach. You will appreciate the situation of the apartment, perched on the last floor overlooking the roofs of Nice. You have access to hundreds of international channels available. The apartment is on the 6th and last floor, accessible by elevator. It benefits from a free Wi-Fi fiber optic connection and air conditioning in every room. POP RETRO has an ideal location in the Golden Square, in the city center. All the must-see places in the city are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment: \- The pedestrian zone and its restaurants \- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches \- Jean Médecin shopping avenue \- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city) \- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...) La couverture d'appoint (dont nous avons eu besoin) était très sale également. À notre demande, l'agence a fait nettoyer les housses des coussins du sofa, celles des coussins de chaises et la couverture d'appoint. Il a fallu attendre au total 13 jours pour que toutes les housses de coussins nous reviennent. Quant aux saletés entre les coussins du sofa, personne n'est venu les nettoyer et nous avons dû le faire nous-mêmes. De plus, à notre arrivée, il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau de papier hygiénique et aucune provision de torchons ni de serviettes en papier pour nettoyer dans la cuisine. Il n'y avait qu'une éponge usagée à l'évier; avec celle-ci, il fallait laver la vaisselle et nettoyer la cuisine. D’ailleurs nous avons dû laver les casseroles sales avant de commencer à cuisiner (lait attaché au fond de la casserole). Visiblement, personne ne vérifie que rien ne manque et que tout est propre avant l’arrivée des locataires. Nous avons donc acheté des torchons et laissé sur place ceux que nous n'avions pas utilisés. ##### Odette C.
