This cozy apartment on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a residence with security guard will bring you all the necessary comfort for your stay. You will be seduced by its beautiful sunny terrace overlooking the living room and bedroom, ensuring a high brightness in the apartment and its premium location. You will appreciate its layout and the fact that it is air-conditioned. The apartment benefits from a free internet wifi connection. You will be ideally located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, in the heart of the Golden Square, and only 1min from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. You will find at the foot of the building all the shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher ...), restaurants and shops. In just 5 minutes you can reach Place Masséna and Old Nice to enjoy the Cour Saleya market or to eat local specialties such as Socca. GIBRALTAR TERRASSE is arranged as follows: TERRACE: Large terrace overlooking the living room and bedroom, equipped with a dining table and four chairs. The terrace is also equipped with a awning. LIVING ROOM : Air-conditioned living room opening onto the terrace, equipped with a flat screen TV. The apt. has a large, sunny terrace, overlooking the lovely windows, balconies and rooftops of Nice. The building is very well managed and maintained. Gordiy, at the N&J concierge desk was always very helpful and attentive. A truly wonderful experience!
