The apartment opens onto a bright living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer), a dining area, and a lounge corner with a sofa bed (160x200) and TV. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200) with direct access to a private balcony offering a beautiful sea view, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washing machine, with a separate toilet for added comfort. Guests can also enjoy the many facilities of the residence like a large outdoor swimming pool, two tennis courts, a pétanque court, and a children’s playground.
