Apartment with balcony, near Tolcarne Beach
32 One Lusty Glaze is a three bedroom apartment on the second floor of the prestigious One Lusty Glaze development and has one of the finest settings being an end of the block facing the sea with it's breath taking coastal panorama with several family beaches within touching distance, but still close to Newquay town centre on the North Cornish coast.

There is an allocated car space available to guests just outside the main entrance doors to the rear of the building. Wide staircases, a lift to the second floor and across the car park is a personal metal storage cage for bikes, wetsuits, surfboards and beach equipment.

32 One Lusty Glaze has one of the finest locations in Newquay away from the urban environment of the town centre and yet within an easy walk of these facilities. Porth, Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Great Western beaches are minutes away for family days out. Chester Road Shopping Complex is close by as well as Tesco Express.

Newquay Railway Station with it's branch line to Par that connects London Paddington to Penzance is a ten minute walk into the near side of town. Newquay Cornwall airport is six miles away and Truro City is fourteen miles away, offering the largest shopping centre in Cornwall.

An open plan area with an Integral fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a four ring electric hob and oven. An expresso coffee machine, toaster.

Lounge and Dining Area
Three seater sofa, lounge sofa seat, coffee table, Flatscreen TV with Freeview and Netflix (guest uses their own Netflix account). BOSE music centre, side table and lamps. The lounge patio doors fold back to allow access onto the large balcony to capture the stunning sea and coastal views.

Wonderful property and excellent location
I cannot fault this property. We arrived to a wonderful welcome basket of goodies. The apartment was spotlessly clean, kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable. The balcony is to die for - exactly like the photo. Town centre only a few minutes walk and Tesco metro over the road.

No 32, 1 Lusty Glaze
Nice quiet location with great sea views. Mostly ok but just a few things to point out to the owners. The washing machine sounds like it’s about to give out. It makes a terrible rattling noise at times. The window in the lounge seems to be stuck closed and we could have down with the ventilation on sunny days as it was too windy to open the folding doors, so we just baked. Some of the furniture ie coffee table could do with a clean (glass) and repaint as it’s quite chipped and let’s things down. We felt the kitchen was reasonably well equipped but could do with better knives ie steak knives as the others struggled to cut through some things. Also a whisk and a grater would be handy. Overall though a lovely stay .

Lusty glaze
Despite the terrible weather we had a nice week. The apartment gives a good view of the bay and good access to the beach. Communication with the manager was easy and she was kind and helpful.
