- NOTE: The river water levels are ever-changing, as is the beach and shoreline. Sometimes the water comes up to the grass, sometimes there is a 30-foot stretch of beach from grass to shore
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is by the back door, aimed at the driveway. Camera 2 is on the deck, aimed at the yard/shoreline monitoring flood management. The cameras do not face any interior spaces. They actively record video and audio
