This is a guest house rather than a hotel.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming which is always a plus, and I loved the artwork, being a big fan of Steven Brown. though my room quite basic.
It was very hot during my stay, my room only had a tiny window, but thankfully I was able to get a fan to use.
The room looked out over a flat roof and was over looked by other buildings around it, as such the curtains had to remain closed.
The location is great being so close to the sea front and a short walk to the town. There is very limited car parking and I did have to park on the street. There is a bar adjoined which was quite noisy, though I stayed on a Friday night. It didn't affect my room but it may be heard in other rooms.
I would consider staying again but only in the cooler months, the heat made it too uncomfortable to enjoy my stay.
