modern student accommodation
student accommodation, modern and clean, but the shared kitchen was messy. decent location and friendly staff. a lot of amenities on site incl cinema room, gym, outdoor bbq area. 24hr security. decent price.

Silly sticking to rules costs business foolish
Disappointed with the customer service attitude. Refused to help changing a booking through gold team customer service. I have stayed 14 nights in Newcastle since but not here and it was a better alternative. I live in hotels. I should have been an ideal customer. Silly sticking to rules costs business and is foolish

Very Adequate
Staying in student rooms means you don't have all the convenience of a hotel (e.g. no 24 hour reception, no bins in rooms, no mugs etc) but there are kitchens available to use, and access to a gym. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Price could be lower considering that this is not a hotel.

I did not realise when booking this that it’s actually in student accommodation, however the room was clean and fresh looking. Check in as simple so all in all I was happy with my stay

Light, airy, spotless room and beautiful bathroom A bin would be a useful.addition. Security great and corridors and lifts well maintained. Nice welcome on arrival./ helpful. Building peaceful but motorway noise apparent through the night. A little scary coming through the approach from town to the flyover at night . Good value for price paid !
