Little Welsh gem
We booked this hotel as we were visiting our friend, Andrew Giles that runs the Pelican pub just 2 minutes walk away ( highly recommend giving them a visit, great people, great beer/food and family friendly) This is a fantastic hotel, the staff are friendly and not overly attentive which is good. Restaurant had a superb breakfast choice, however the evening choice of food was limited to the main menu as the bar menu wasn’t available. I imagine this was due to us staying out of season. There’s plenty of free parking off road as well. Overall I would recommend staying here and we would certainly come back soon.

Great stay.
Lovely hotel in Central location of Newcastle Emlyn with quite a few local shops and pubs. Staff very pleasant and helpful they managed to get us into the Fawlty towers tribute event on the evening we arrived which we can recommend, a great laugh. We had evening meal on the 2nd night in the hotel, again can't fault the staff very accommodating and helpful meal was delicious. We had a suite which was very spacious, bed comfortable TV in bedroom and living area.. We had a ride out to Cenarth falls and on to Aberporth and tresaith lovely area. Great breakfast cooked to your liking I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a lovely part of Wales
Nice hotel but some of the staff were young and inexperienced although they were all very friendly good cooked breakfast no lifts in the hotel so not good for less able double room was clean, small with very comfortable bed would stay again, great location
