A basic no frills hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location that's convenient to everything with a subway ride or walking. Perfect location for first timers or those revisiting the city they love.

We didnt have any towels in our room. When i asked the receptionist for some towels, i was told that they were waiting for them to dry but we never got them which is bizarre. Next day, we checked out but no towels were given. Also, theres a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Otherwise stay was fine.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Great location/ kind and helpful staff- nice rooms, but old rug and sofa, needs a little updating but more importantly- clean beds and bathroom- and a small gym; those are my top preferences and this hotel had that. Not super quiet- but it is close to 34th street and that is a lively/touristy area. I loved the ease of getting around and to work. Not great for working in the room if you are big on remote working and zoom meetings. That said, I would stay here again.👍
