Excellent customer service. The only thing they don't have is clean bath towels to replace the used ones. Otherwise, it's excellent and the location is very good.

Overall appearance feels old. Elevator button to lobby was broken. Hotel needs maintenance. Would get rid of the carpet in the next renovation round. Bed and sheets were good quality and comfortable.

A basic no frills hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location that's convenient to everything with a subway ride or walking. Perfect location for first timers or those revisiting the city they love.

We didnt have any towels in our room. When i asked the receptionist for some towels, i was told that they were waiting for them to dry but we never got them which is bizarre. Next day, we checked out but no towels were given. Also, theres a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Otherwise stay was fine.
