Comfortable but very noisy

Posted 29-Jan-2016
The Night Hotel is great value for money and is quite comfortable. Unfortunately the thing that lets it down is the noise. There's too much noise from the construction next door making it very hard to sleep. I would recommend bringing ear plugs. The location is ok, a couple of blocks from Times Square, which also adds to the noise.

Great location & stay! Was here for a week, rooms were clean and the staff was helpful whenever we had a question.

LOCATION, Location, Location!

Posted 25-Jan-2016
Pros: I LOVE the "FEEL" of this hotel lobby, with tropical fish aquarium, to the lighting and sitting area (front and back), the washroom (clean and modern)
Cons: Possibly "sound proofing" (inside and out), due to the "location" being so central, I expected some noise. Solution: bring/buy "ear plugs!"
Location: EXCELLENT LOCATION, if you want to be in the "middle/midst of things." I'm a "city boy" so I LOVED IT!
CENTRAL, Time Square LOCATION. Literally, less than a 1/2 block away from where the "tkts" booth (1/2 price Broadway theatre tickets) are sold.

direkt am Times Square.

Posted 20-Jan-2016
Pros: sauberes Zimmer in freundlichem Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Personal in genialer Lage.
Cons: NEIN
Location: 50 Meter vom Times Square. Subway direkt vor der Tür. Alle Broadway-Theater fussläufig.
zentraler geht es nicht. Ideal für sightseeing und abendliche Musical-Besuche.

Night-mare hotel

Posted 20-Jan-2016
Pros: The hotel itself was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Some relief from the deafening noise.
Location: Downtown nuclear
Construction started directly outside our window (our windows-we had three rooms) at midnight and continued throughout the entire night. Air horn, backup beeps of huge trucks, large groups of men shouting at t he top of their voices, huge equipment being jockeyed around. It was ridiculous . No let up the whole night. Didn't sleep a wink. No one at the hotel mentioned anything about this. They could have offered earplugs, or at least warned us what to expect. we were exhausted and unhappy for our second day in nyc. Very disappointed and angry about the situation.

Holiday in NYC

Posted 29-Dec-2015
Check in was very fast and the room was ready on our arrival. For NYC standards the room was a nice size and the bathroom was actually large. Location was perfect. Only one block from Times Square. Only down side was the elevator. We were on the 10th floor and waited quite a bit for the elevator to arrive.

Charged my credit card twice!!!!!

Posted 30-Nov-2015
On top of being charged by Expedia, the card I gave them for "deposit" was charged the full price of the room.
