The location was perfect. The place was very clean and the communication was flawless. Apartment was very clean, and in a great location. Within walking distance to convention center, casino, French Quarter. The property was better than the pictures and that never happens. It was very clean, updated, beds were very comfortable and location was perfect. We were within walking distance to the convention center, the french quarter, casino. All of the basic items necessary were provided (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc.). We were very pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. First of all, communication with the staff was amazingly efficient and fast, both prior to our stay and during it. The listing itself was pristine. Everything was clean and in working order. With an historic building, you always worry about odd smells or poor functionality — NONE of that applied here. And it was so roomy! So much better than a single hotel room. We usually stay in the French Quarter, so this was our first stay in the Warehouse District. It was awesome - very clean and safe-feeling for a woman walking alone during regular hours, and my husband felt safe walking in pre-dawn hours to the Morial Convention Center. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance (Annunciation is highly recommended). 15-20 minute walk to the Quarter. Great people-watching from the balcony, and we saw a couple of second line parades from there. Really can’t stress how much we enjoyed this stay. Highly recommended! ##### Cheryl M. Four of us ladies went to NOLA for a girl's trip and we were extremely happy with this gem in the warehouse district. I loved hanging out on the balcony and watching the city buzz. I wasn't aware there was a mall in this district nor that it was so close to the rental. We took a quick walk to the mall to glance at the river views. The property itself was clean and cozy and beautifully decorated. The property rental host was very responsive when I asked if she was aware of a convenience store or market within walking distance.
