Great location, great restaurants.
The hotel is well-located in the heart of Bourbon Street, which is a plus and a minus. The check-in experience was too long (almost an hour on a Thursday morning before Mardi Gras festivities even began). The hotel staff were very cordial. Unfortunately, we did not receive maid service on our last full day (Super Bowl Sunday) and when we found the maid staff at 5:15pm, they told us that they did not clean our room because we had "do not disturb" sign on our door, which was inaccurate. In addition, the fitness center was a below average facility (TV's at the treadmills, elipticals and bikes did not work, no separate water other than a water fountain, limited exercise space, etc.).

New Orleans is a city rich in amazing restaurants and we are thrilled to read that you had an opportunity to savor two of the very best, our own Desire Oyster Bar and R’evolution. We thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and while we are delighted to learn that you enjoyed your experience as a whole, we regret to learn of the missed details you have shared. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention so that we can address internally and ensure others do not share your experience. Once more, it was a pleasure to welcome you and we hope to do so again when your travels next bring you back.
