Cozy, newly-renovated home with 2200ft of historic charm. Located one block from dozens of bars, restaurants and cafes on St Claude Avenue, this is the perfect place to explore New Orleans culinary delights. Walk 10 minutes to hear all the live music on Frenchmen Street or stay back and enjoy a cocktail under the stars on our upstairs deck. A weekend of relaxation and fun awaits you - welcome!

Off street-gated parking + two levels make this ideal for big groups and guests who are driving in. The entrance to the upstairs unit is outside and towards the back of the home. This set-up allows groups to have some privacy during their stay but also hangout together.

A personal host will meet you at check-in and be available 24/7 via text during your stay.

Amazing!

Loved the location! Mins away from all the attractions, the neighborhood was full of culture and local cuisine! The house was so clean, so cute! had all of the amenities we needed, the AC was perfect, the rooms spacious, car was secure in a locked gate, neighborhood was quiet and everyone was awesome! Definitely coming back again

Perfect stay for my Bachelorette

This place was amazing. While on the smaller side, the functional design and vaulted ceilings don’t make it feel small. The bathrooms are large and there is plenty of space for storage for any beads/souvenirs. The property was very clean and safe. I appreciated the off street parking and security systems as this was a girls trip. It’s about a 20 - 30 minute walk to bourbon street which also felt like a safe walk. The host was very responsive and responded to a request to change the fire alarm batteries within hours.I really can’t recommend this place enough and would stay here anytime I come back to New Orleans.Thanks for playing a pivotal role in a great trip.

NOLA apartment near Frenchman's Street

The apartment was just as described in the listing. We had a minor problem at check-in due to a change in the gate code, but the host got back to us quickly with the correct information. Frenchmen's street with multiple music venues (and less tacky vibe than Bourbon Street) is a leisurely 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The coffeemaker is a Keurig, so if that is not your preference you might want to bring along something else for your caffeine needs. We would happily stay here again.

Family vaca

This place gives you a cottage like feel. It was very small for a 3 bedrooms but they managed to put a queen size bed in each room and a night table. I had 1 issue and they messaged me right away. I think they need to work on the air circulation, there is only a small window a/c unit it the living room. The bedrooms had a ceiling fan but it was still hot and stuffy during summer days. Maybe a split a/c unit will be better. Also, if you have any mobility issues, there was quite a bit of stairs to get to this unit. Other than that the place was nice and gave you the NOLA feel.
