Just far enough away from the craziness of the Quarter that you feel safe and more clean, but close enough to walk a couple easy blocks! Apartment had all the necessary furnishings but didnt quite feel "lived in" - theres a non trivial amount of things youll want to buy on arrival like stocking the pantry, getting non peroshables and plastic wraps, containers, dish soap, trash bags, etc. I left a bunch behind!
