For over 5 years my best friend and I have gone to float the river. This year we stayed here for the first time. It was so perfect we skipped floating the river and laid at the pool both days!! The pool view and vibe is perfect! The apartment is clean cozy with a perfect patio yo sit on in the night and relax. O have highly recommend this very cute and relaxing apartment!

Perfect spot!

Fantastic new, clean, and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and everything I needed for my 3 night stay in Gruene. Communication with the managers was excellent, and everything was perfect with my stay. The complex was clean, quiet, and secure. It was also very close to downtown Gruene, which was excellent for dinners, live music, and shopping. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town!

Beautiful

Host was very helpful with the check in process. Wasn’t sure what to expect, this was my first Vrbo experience. Have to say, it was great. My wife fell in love with the decor and layout of apartment. We definitely will be back to enjoy the amenities offered at this location.

I would definitely stay here again just don't expect to make a full meal while you are there, we bought food to grill but the apartment grill did not work, residence of the apartment told us they haven't worked in months and there was only one pan in the apartment so made cooking difficult. Like having the ability to wash our clothes before we left, apartment was nice size and clean, bed very comfortable, quiet area, but excellent location to downtown Gruene. Pool tables and ping pong missing equipment to play, which isn't the host fault, but someone needs to let the apartment complex know it would be great if these amenities were kept up

Very convenient to Gruene.

Gruene was less than 1 mile from the property. The condo was very clean and the owner responded quickly to any request. Very nice large pool and grounds. A coffee pot and toaster would be nice instead of going to the clubhouse for free coffee. Would stay again.

The apartment was great where we stayed. It is convenient to get to all the amenities in Gruene. The owner was great with communication with any questions we had, the only issue is we had to wait almost an hour until it was cleaned. Overall, it was a great comfortable stay.

Third floor walk-up apartment in a nice apartment complex. The apartment was very clean and as pictured. The owner was responded very quickly to my question regarding check-in.

Short getaway to Gruene and the Guadalupe

Great property to enjoy with only a short drive into Gruene and the Guadalupe River. Amenities on site are new and very nice. Unit was spotless. Only comment would be to provide paper towels and hand towels in the kitchen.

The apartment is in very good condition and clean. In a very nice complex and area. It is in a third floor and there is no elevator but the stairs are not steep.. I will definetly come back.

Real Bargain

My husband and I were able to get this property on the fly after contacting Eddy for availability that same evening. We soon learned that the property was not .66 miles from Gruene Hall as indicated on the listing but more like 2 miles away. This meant we would not be able to walk to Gruene Hall that evening. The directions to get into the gate at the apartment were not complete and so we had trouble getting in. We followed another vehicle entering. After climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage, (no elevator), we were hoping the apartment description was accurate. And it was. This apartment is beautiful, clean and very new. The view of the pool and gym across were quite inviting. I wish it had been warmer so I could enjoy the pool. Eddy did respond quickly when I reached out to him about a parking pass that was needed. However, he left now instructions for me upon departure as to what I should do with trash, sheets, towels, and keys. With all that said, the place was very inviting and beautiful and I would surely stay there again. Clarity of instructions were the only negative.

Rough start but everything turned out well

The apt hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived but in Eddy’s defense we did arrive around 3:36 so we were a little early. We had spent time in Gruene and we just got tired of the heat and wanted to get to the apt and go in the pool to cool off. Eddy did quickly get over to the apartment when I notified him of the dirty apt and worked on it and did a great job cleaning it. So even though it wasn’t ready at 4, we did get into it by 4:30. People get busy, I get that, and that was just a small hiccup for our trip that worked itself out. The apartment is very beautiful. It’s very comfortable and nicely decorated. Would have loved a coffee pot to be available. I looked through every cabinet and could not find one. But there was a coffee shop near by and my husband went and got us coffee. The pool is amazing! We spent most of our time there enjoying the water. Such a nice atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again and this time longer so we could enjoy the other amenities on the property. Eddy did say he issued us a partial refund and that was very nice of him. We really appreciate that. Thank you Eddy. Hope to visit your nice apt again one day. If you can put a coffee pot in there that would be a big plus.
