Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi (all included), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service and breakfast on request (extra). Parking. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, bicycle rental 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m. Sports centre 600 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane 100 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes 500 m, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school, children's ski school 200 m, sled run 500 m. Nearby attractions: Adventure Park Fulpmes 6 km, Innsbruck 25 km, Swarovski Kristallwelten 35 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Elfer 500 m, Stubaier Gletscher 18 km.
