"A lovely two night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had bar food in the lounge one evening. Sadly it was not a good experience. One member of staff having to take drinks orders, prepare the drinks and also take food orders. Poor man was totally overwhelmed by the situation. Long wait for food.
