"Very nice property. Mostly clean but being a cleaner myself I feel the doors and shaving mirror in the room could have done with a dust. Nice balcony, nice comfy bed and linen. Quiet at night. Nice bar area with nice outside area & with good snacks. Good for visits to the Cotswold villages etc. would stay again."

"The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff had the fan going to cool down for us since the heat wave was still going. The room had everything we needed but it was on the small side and had no A/C. Check in was very easy and parking on site was a great amenity. Breakfast was pricey and we decided to get pastries and coffee on the nearby coffee shop since we’re not big breakfast people. The hotel is very well located in front of restaurants and water running through the town. It’s a great place for families and pet friendly."

"Cute guesthouse convenient to Bourton-on-the-Water village. We were given Room 14, which was large and had a very spacious bathroom -- the largest by about 4X of any place we stayed in for the whole trip (5 hotels in different cities). The lodging includes breakfast, which was a full English breakfast if you wished ... not merely fruit, yogurt, cereal and pastries (although they had those as well). It's an easy walk into the town, and we took advantage of the walking footpaths close by as well. The staff were quite friendly and nice. They left complimentary chips and sodas in our room, which was a lovely addition. (We also had beers in our fridge, but they kindly swapped them for sodas when we asked.)"
