"Great location and the room was really nice. We stayed in a heatwave and there was just a fan in the room and no aircon, so sleeping was a real problem. Wi-fi in the room wouldn't connect. Definitely go back when it's a bit cooler!"

"Our room at the inn was lovely and well appointed, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that we were there during some of the hottest days in English history, and the room lacked effective air condition, so that it was very warm. There was a fan, which helped as the temperature fell during the night. The breakfasts were very hearty, although lacking in fresh fruit."

"Lovely little b&b! The breakfast was excellent and the staff really friendly. The room had lots of character being part of an old building, sloping ceilings and floors and a huge bathroom! Great place to stay."

"As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it’s not possible to walk to anywhere. Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room."

"Great stay with my partner & dog. Very helpful staff. Wish i had got the names of the two staff members who helped me most but forgot. Would high recommend this stay to anyone. Breakfast was brilliant. The room was small but really nice. The outdoor seating area was great to enjoy a drink in the afternoon. 5/5"

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful breakfast included with stay. We stayed in the Old Justice room and despite not having air conditioning, we were able to open the windows to cool the room very comfortably. The room was beautiful and having the extra living space as a separate room made it feel so spacious and luxurious. Burford is a BEAUTIFUL town and we enjoyed wandering up and down the streets both evenings of our stay. This hotel is centrally located and very easy to walk the entire town in both directions from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
