"Think we were about 50years too young for this resort. As it was like a pensioners retreat. Breakfast was ok one morning. Better next. Not much breakfast options on menu. Booking your slot for breakfast and dinner in advance not always possible practical when sightseeing. . Breakfast is included. But you cannot go when you want for breakfast. You have pre book you table in advance. If you remember to leave enough time to do the walk. The maze like corridors and lift situation. No mattter were you go that smell. Never does. Once you have smelt it. You cannot un smell it. You only option us to run to nearest window which is closed or door which is button assist. Slow motion to allow mobility scooters to pass. We did have a good game of croquet on lawn. Room was dirty. And window look out onto concrete 70s jungle. The grounds were lovely we did see deer , phesant, squirells etc."

"This was our second break at kings arms and we had a lovely time again. Room lovely and clean as always. Well stocked. Breakfasts excellent as is the orangery room. Which the wallpaper is so nice to look at. Cool on a hot day with fans. We were lucky to have a good fan provided in room. Which was essential as weekend stayed warm weather. Bath products good to use too. I do like the espresso machine in room. Perfect for relaxing evening with tv and comfortable bed. We also had sunday roast which was very good also. Service very good. Staff very friendly and helpfull."

"Probably a mistake to stay here during hot weather, it was 40C in room 3 so very difficult to sleep, the TV kept blanking out or freezing, however the breakfast the following morning was fantastic ! delicious full English & super coffee….just avoid room 3 during a heatwave!"

"Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Good facilities in room but it was incredibly hot during our visit so a fridge in room would have improved our stay as no air conditioning but not many days in England you would need it. Breakfast was lovely, small but everything you could want. Evening menu was a bit limited and I probably would go somewhere else for an evening meal. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful."
