Ideal location for looking around the village. Nothing more than a five minute walk away. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. 10% off meals in the Tap Room and free admission to the model village. Availability of parking spaces in the hotel car park between midday and 5pm is a bit pot luck but, other than that, not really anything to dislike about this place.

Lovely hotel in fabulous location

Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Ideal location in centre of the village. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and quickly sorted out the payment of car parking charge at reception on arrival. Breakfast was really good and the waitresses were so helpful.
