With all the home comforts including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, deck with BBQ and an outdoor setting facing your own private, pet friendly garden this property makes this property a unique find. Positioned a short stroll to the calm waters of Little Beach, offering the perfect spot for children to play and swim, snorkeling and fishing or to dine on the water at Little Beach Boathouse. Not far from the Nelson Bay Marina the hub for Dolphin and whale watching and the CBD offering boutique stores, cafes and restaurants. The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort. Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered. A $500 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa. You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival. Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
