Beautiful 4-season Mountain Home that provides all the comfort, convenience, and ambiance you need for a truly memorable retreat to Wintergreen.
You’ll be ideally positioned a minute walk away from the Highlands Ski Lift and Wintergreen Spa. The back deck has a great fire pit and grill to relax in the spring, summer and fall.
Head-to-toe remodel in 2023. The townhome is divided into 3 floors giving lots of space to spread out when you need some private time. A great-sized living room/kitchen/dining open floor plan to enjoy time together. Each bedroom has a smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and a fantastic kitchen table for dining up to six. Beautiful and cozy living room with 65” smart TV. Relax in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace at the end of a day skiing, boarding, tubing, hiking, golfing, or touring wineries and breweries. From the living room, walk out onto the private deck to grill dinner - private outdoor grill included.
Parking for 2 cars inside the garage as well as 2 cars on the easy, flat driveway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in good shape and mostly as shown in the photos. The animal skin rug was no longer in the kitchen, which was a welcome deviation. Richie’s quick and helpful response to each message was appreciated. If I’m in the area again I would definitely return.

Great property, everything was very new and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked and all equipment in great shape. Garage was great to leave ski equipment when done skiing for the night. Location was excellent, essentially across the street from the Wintergreen Spa and a quick 4 minute drive to drop kids off to ski the slopes. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Wonderful Wintergreen Weekend

We had a great time and this property was the icing on the cake! Beautifully updated and upgraded home with everything you need for a Wintergreen visit. Scenic golf course view and a quick drive to all the Wintergreen activities. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to our questions. Wonderful Christmas stay at Wintergreen

This house was the perfect place for our family to spend the holidays. The kitchen has everything you need for family meals and the living room (with gas fireplace) is the perfect place to relax on a cold day. For warmer days the back deck comes fully kitted with bbq grill and gas fire pit. The property was pristine on arrival with plenty of space in the bedrooms with quality fittings in the bathrooms. Fast internet on site with big screen tvs in living room and each bedroom. Garage was handy to keep the cars out of the weather. Just across the street from fitness center and spa, just a minute away from the ski slopes. Owner was very courteous and responsive and we would gladly stay here again !

Wonderful experience

We had a great experience at the Wintergreen. The house was amazing. It was very clean and modern. The owner, Richie, was easy to communicate with. We thought that we didn’t have enough towels for 8 of us. We didn’t expect them to be in one of the bedrooms, but he offered to bring more to us. He was very professional. We will gladly stay here in the future!

GREAT!!

Arrive to a big parking space. Walk-in the condo to a wide open living, dining, and kitchen space. Additional full size frig on garage level. Big spacious bedrooms. All you need to bring is your warm weather and ski gear, in the winter. Area has restaurants, if you don't cook, but the kitchen has everything, literally everything you need to cook. There is no down side to this condo.

So many great things about this newly renovated, sparkling clean home! Beautiful view from the back. Well appointed, quality finishes. Owners were very communicative prior to our stay and we had no problem getting to or into the property. The coffee and sugar were much appreciated! Bring your own cream and sweetener if those are on your coffee menu. And if you are a decaf person, again, bring your own. Some suggestions or cautions. The outside stairs are slippery when damp, which was each morning and evening during our Autumn visit. They also would benefit from motion control lighting or dusk to dawn lighting as it is very dark at night. The kitchen had a stylish cow rug which was more of a trip and/or slip hazard for our family so we put it aside for the duration of the stay and returned it upon departure. Nice conveniences would have been more tissue, as it is allergy season, and waste paper cans in the bedrooms. BTW, the paper products were high quality! No cheap, thin toilet tissue! 🎉 The cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent, were also included, as were high end hand soaps and body wash. Overall, great, luxury accommodations! If we are ever in the area, we would revisit and recommend to friends and family.
