You must be at least 15 feet away from the building to smoke/vape. 3) No throwing anything over the balcony. \*Overseeing property management will call Santa Rosa Sheriff and request immediate leave for throwing anything over balcony. 4) NO Pets of any kind. 5) No shipping items to the property address. 6) Check OUT is at 10AM on the day of your departure. Parking Passes MUST BE PRINTED out and placed on the dashboard of your car PRIOR to arrival. The HOA has put strict rules in place that all vehicles in the parking lot must have parking passes displayed upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in towing. There are 8 rubber bracelets, they must be worn when using the amenities. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a bowl of goodies including a bottle of wine and much more. The view from the balcony was awesome. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. The condo has so much to offer! More kitchen gadgets than expected, 3 different kinds of coffee pots. The beds were super comfy! This was the best condo we have ever stayed in and we come to Florida every year! The views were stunning from every room and it was decorated beautifully! The beds were very comfortable which is a big plus! We felt welcomed when we arrived with music playing, wine, and a goodie basket with everything we needed for the just in case. Very clean and accessible . Balcony was large and plenty of room to move around . The view was awesome . There was a welcome basket with much needed necessities . As a group we have been going to the beach yearly for about 10-12 years or so and have NEVER been so impressed. We spent the first few minutes just walking around saying "oh my goodness look at this!" It was gorgeous and over the top loaded with thoughtful touches, from the gift basket to the extra flip flops in case you forgot yours. Tons of walking trails in the area. The condo was spotless when we got there and they had everything taken care of that you could think of. Any questions or concerns were just an email away from being taken care of. Everything you would need was there from a coffee station, cooking needs, washer/dryer, flip flops (if needed), toiletries, to our most favorite . . . wagon and beach chairs. We were greeted with soft jazz music playing in the background, ceiling fans spinning, lights on, mints on beds and a nice gift basket and bottle of wine. The condo fit our family of 6 adults and 2 children perfectly - we loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. This is a corner unit on the 13th floor with sweeping views of the ocean, boardwalk and perfect for both sunsets and sunrises. It was sparkling clean upon our arrival and we really appreciated the welcome basket full of goodies for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed along with other nice touches throughout, like games for the whole family, extra beach chairs/toys and a basket of flip-flops (just in case!).
