Plenty of room and area for all of us to be together. Property manager was very responsive at the beginning. The AC/HEAT did not work at all. They said they would send someone out but that never happened. There were a lot of fans available in the house which made us believe this is an ongoing problem. We were very excited about this booking since the photos made it look like it is very clean and comfortable and a fun place to stay. However, what we found inside was very different from what we expected. The home was very dirty and there were broken items like a medicine cabinet hanging off the wall and a taped up broken picture frame and broken dining chairs. In addition, there was a very loud noise coming from the a/c on the bottom floor. If you're excited about the pool table, don't be! Sticks missing tips and table not in good condition. The homeowner was gracious enough to allow me to cancel my reservation for a refund right away but since they didn't follow through with the correct protocol with VRBO, I am out the Stay Tax & Service Fee for a total of $437\. I've been on the phone with VRBO and with the management company and am aware of the protocol for both sides and this is where I sit now with a loss of $437!
