The 4 bedrooms made it easy for our whole group to stay together. Broadway was a 10-15min flat walk. It was a little annoying to have to register twice. Once with VRBO and once with GoodNight. It is right across the street from an outreach program so there are a lot of homeless people but they did not bother us and we never felt unsafe even walking back late at night! The furniture comfort is low, freight train is very loud early in the morning and the homeless population are big turn offs. The freight train tracks blocks off the property from anything available, which isn't much but you have to walk through the homeless lining the streets. Watching out to not step in human feces is not something I would want my wife and 3 daughters to do on vacation. We were four girls on a fun trip to Nashville and doing some golfing. Condo was a great set-up for us (2 girls sharing one bathroom, 2 girls with en-suites). I think the whole building is VRBO rentals. So, you are in good company with short-term rentals. But, we never heard anyone or saw any issues. Things to be aware: 1) Walk to Broadway and sites was reasonable (mostly 15 - 20 minutes). But, you do walk by a homeless shelter. We never felt unsafe. 2) Parking garage exit is tight. It was an adventure to drive a minivan through the exit. So, a large vehicle requires a confident driver. 3) The door technology take a bit and the instructions around the Wi-Fi were totally wrong. We could figure out the right network, but the password directions were incorrect. Had to reach out to support for the password after a bit of frustration. They did say they would change the documentation. So, I expect future renters to have an easier time. Would rent here again. ##### Debra S. Had plenty of room and was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. The property is as described, pictures and clean. Note While not included in the fees/description, there is a mandatory $99 damage waiver that I wasn't aware of until the day before we arrived. We arrived around noon, but weren't able to hold our bags at the front desk as the luggage room was full. However, a convenient restaurant across the street let us bring them in. As stated in other reviews, the building is located in a heavy populated homeless area, but we never felt unsafe. The building is next to a homeless center. again, never felt unsafe even walking back late at night as no one bothers you. It's convenient to Broadway and the gulch area. walk to Broadway is 15-18 minutes and 15 minute walk to gulch area. We ordered instacart (water, snacks, drinks) to be delivered at time of check in so we would have some things on hand which worked out great as there isn't any type of store walking distance. There are a couple nice coffee shops less than a 5 minute walk. You are close to the train tracks and do hear trains rumble through late at night, but they do not use their horn. We did however hear the dumpsters being cleaned out a couple of days at 5am at the homeless center, but would stay again. ##### Chris P. The location is very convenient, just a quick 5-minute Uber to Broadway. There is a homeless shelter nearby, but it wasn’t really an issue and didn’t affect our stay, though I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night in that area.One downside is that only one mediocre towel per person was provided for the entire stay, and the beds were quite squeaky.Overall, it’s still a great spot for enjoying the city. ##### Arie A. The first 5 minutes of the walk can be a bit sketchy at night. Well decorated but needs more seating in the living room area. They make you use a key app that takes getting used to. There is also a separate app to check in and get house info that never worked for us. Be sure to read the full description before booking, they charge an extra damage fee that is Not refundable even if there is no damage. It seemed over the top when supplying a credit card and paying a premium for the condo. Parking in the garage is extremely limited and i wouldn't suggest street parking. ##### Doug O. I was offered early check in for a fee, then when I tried to purchase it was told my request was declined. Assuming we couldn't get into the building early, we took our luggage to a nearby restaurant to wait. It wasn't until an hour before check in that they told me we could use the pool and store our luggage if needed. Overall very poor communication. For the cost of the place, you'd expect a few basics in the apartment. No dish soap, even though they expect you to clean the dishes before you leave. No recycling bin, but you have to take it down to the parking garage before you leave. No extra towels for the pool. Only 1 sample size shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom, not nearly enough for 10 people over 4 days.Despite charging a cleaning fee, they had very strict instructions that we must clean the place before check out, and threats of addition fees if it wasn't up to their standards. The apartment itself was fine. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. But not worth it, given the host company is just trying to charge you for as much as they can without providing much in return. ##### Jarrod N. We called management and they thought it was acceptable to not send anyone out until the next day. We were 24 hours with no heat. We were told to park in the lower garage due to weather, yet they charged us for parking there. Seems to be a lack of communication between the management company and building. We were also told we would get codes to open all doors, that didn't happen either, only the person that made the reservation got access and there were 8 of us. Even before we arrived we requested the address so we could coordinate our trip as we were all coming in from different places and at different times but they refused to give us information until the day before and some of us were already in transit.
