The houses are located in “The Flats” a quiet in-town community nestled along the Delaware River. Providing everything you would need for a quiet but convenient in-town vacation, each house is decorated to a high standard, with new furniture, luxury linens and full amenities.

The joint property offering has everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay: a prime location along the river, walking distance to the heart of town, and impressive features that create your perfect vacation.

House #1
Rivers Rest. Sleeps 6, has direct river access, an expansive deck with screened porch. Home is on two levels with all bedrooms upstairs.

House #2
The Clock House. Sleeps 6, has river views, a sunroom, and a bistro kitchen. Home is on one level, with all bedrooms on the ground floor.

Like all Upstate Place properties, these homes have a pack n’ play, highchair, baby bath etc. available to make even the smallest guest’s stay welcoming and easy.

Time By The River would ideally suit a multi generational family or groups of friends or work colleagues vacationing together.

PLEASE NOTE
These homes are in a rural environment and surrounded by countryside, farms, river and wildlife. While it’s wonderful to observe the eagles, deer, bears, and adorable chipmunks, it can also mean you will hear coyotes and foxes at night, and encounter the less cute mice, flies, snakes, ants, bees and ticks. There is very little to be done about it, but by keeping doors closed or screened and food in its appropriate storage, unwelcome guests will stay outside where they belong.
