  • This furnished 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house is located in desirable Bonnet Shores. Interior features include New Kitchen, Hardwood & Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, 2 living rooms on separate floors, and sliding doors out to NEW deck & main bathroom.

    This home is spacious, quiet and has recently been painted inside and sided on the outside. It has a nice yard, plenty of parking and is 3⁄4 mile from Kelly Beach (private beach only for residents). 1⁄2 mile from outdoor sports complex with basketball and tennis courts. In the summer the house is near the shuttle line to the beach on weekends. It’s a short walk to URI’s Bay Campus. Wonderful location!
    Available Summer for weekly or monthly rental. Please check with host regarding bringing pets.
