Very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and basically next to the Metro station, which is great. The scooters are constantly blowing their horns, which is mitigated by good sound isolation in the room. Heads up to new visitors to Naples - if you wait at crosswalks for the traffic to stop, you'll be waiting your entire vacation at one crosswalk. Just step out into the traffic and they will sow down or stop for you. It will scare the hell out of you at first but you will get used to it and not give it a second thought. The B&B is not in a major tourist area, if you would like to get away from them. That's what we wanted

Ok rooms - self check in and minimal services

We went to this B&B for a week-end. It was a surprise to find that the place was self check-in. Information about how to check in was sent to us a few hours prior to arrival, but the codes that were shared were incorrect, and we had to call two different phone numbers to find out the correct codes and which room was ours. We would strongly suggest that the information on the B&B clearly indicates that there is no staff on premises after 1pm (so no staff at check in). Room size is adequate, bathroom is small and will very shortly need to be refreshed (shows clear signs of being in need of a deeper clean up or renovation). Breakfast is fair for italian standards. The lady present in the morning is very kind and helpful.

The property is located in the best possible location, near the metro and in a stunning historical building. Overall is a decent clean spot if you have to spend a couple of nights in Naples, but don’t expect more. The room was clean, but decorated with cheap furniture and not very functional. The bathroom had a huge “tech” shower that was unnecessary because it was moldy and water wasn’t coming out right cause of limestone. The room itself had cheap finishes. The breakfast was decent and the staff around the hotel just there because they needed to be, don’t expect exceptional service but not even a bad one. To recap, ok spot to just put your head down while sightseeing in Naples.

It needs more comforts for the price

The room was nice, however, it was not extremely clean. In the drawer of the table, I found a lubricant... and inside the bathroom drawers, there were used plastic bags. We didn't have hot water in the morning, however, they fixed it after a few hours (we took a shower in the evening). In general, for the price, I would have expected a bit more services and comfort in the room - there was only one toilet paper roll, no extras that I usually find in other bed& breakfast in Naples paying much less. The breakfast was good, the location is great, the staff was polite and the room was nicely decorated.

Hairdryer short circuited the whole floor so someone had to stand by at the main fuse box in the corridor to switch the electricity back on. Nothing was done about this. Also, electrical sockets IN THE BATHROOM were loose and falling away from the wall. Apart from the risk of electrocution, everything was OK.its also a very noisy location at night time.

We don’t take Amex.

While the entrance was tricky to find, and the street level was deceivingly vague, the condo-like property was modern, clean and welcoming. Aircon was great. I was somewhat challenged by the staff the next morning, claiming we had not paid, going on to say that the property does not accept Amex. I showed my paid hotels.com receipt, and my paid Amex statement, but kept getting told we had to pay. I just walked away, finished packing, and was told while checking out that it was ok…but it was not ok with me. I booked 2-months prior, paid my Amex bill, checked in, slept, and was THEN challenged about not paying, in front of other guests. That nearly ruined a great stay at a cute property.

B&B in ottima posizione, vicino alla metropolitana e con tanti bar, ristoranti e negozi. La struttura è molto carina, bella la camera e il bagno spazioso e con doccia idromassaggio. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Unico neo il topper del letto che aveva l’imbottitura interna un po’ ammassata in alcuni punti e ha reso scomodo il letto stesso.

The room was beautiful and clean. Roberta was the best hostess! She made sure we were happy and we were, she even gave us her cell number. She also assisted us with our ride back to the airport, and that service was excellent as well. The entire staff was excellent. Breakfast was great as well. The b&b was in an excellent part of town with wonderful resaurants and shops. The subway was right there as well. Will be staying there again hopefully someday soon!

Wonderful Place and Hosts

The place is super clean, quiet and modern. The hosts Roberta and Lucio were super easy going with me - helping with travel needs and translations. I found the breakfast to be ample with a variety of items and of course espresso and cappuccino! It is in a good area in terms of restaurants, walking and metro access. This place checked all the boxes for my needs.
