謝謝招待

溪頭停車雖然不方便，但是這間位置方便，離妖怪村走路10分鐘可到，第一停車場也不遠，如果外面三個路邊停車位停滿。 早餐蠻精緻的早午餐系列。 晚上贈送一杯紅酒調酒。 房間乾淨，舒適。沒有牙刷牙膏，記得自備。 房間有暖氣，床和枕頭不錯，好睡。可惜對男生來說，床長度有點勉強。 陽台旁邊有一間茶行，可能在烘煮茶葉，晚上在陽台間歇性吵雜。但是關門聲音比較小，隔音不錯。 期盼民宿內可以賣些泡麵餅乾，畢竟7-11全家有點距離，晚上可以食用。 這次謝謝你們招待，有機會還會入住的七天四季。

感覺是有在用心經營的文青旅店，衛浴設備很好，水量也很夠，但是美中不足的是廁所和房間是沒有牆面隔間，浴缸也只有屏風隔著，很沒有安全感…

早餐非常地好吃，但唯一的缺點就是浴室跟房間沒有隔間，洗澡會讓房間濕氣很重，雖說有除濕機，但還是需要花點時間除濕。

all staff are super nice and helpful. ( THANK YOU btw ) Breakfast are wonderful. Room is neat and the bed is comfortable. What we enjoy the most is the attitude of the girls (staff) as they all seems to enjoy and respect their work. We would like to visit again with my family in the future :)

Great place to recharge

七天四季的空間設計在溪頭顯得獨樹一格，七月一日房型空間雖小，但巧妙的安排讓房間住起來十分舒適，入夜後開了暖氣，在山中也不會感到寒冷，唯枕頭對我而言稍微高了一點。 餐點口味擺盤皆十分到位，選擇項目也不少，我們在這裡享用了晚餐與早餐，餐間搭配了好喝的長陸野貓頭鷹啤酒和冷泡茶，也十分美味。 喜歡貓咪的話就待在一樓餐廳，隨時隨地都有三隻店貓相伴；步行至溪頭森林遊樂區也只要幾分鐘，下午健行後直接返回休息很方便。 這次入住是周日，希望下次有機會在Season Bar小酌一下。

文青風的旅館

是文青風的設計，早餐很不錯，晚上在地下一樓還招待酒精飲料一杯。停車可以停附近走路2分鐘的孟宗竹旅館前的公有停車格。有一點不太明白的是，我到達check in的時間是14:49，對完證件時離入住時間還剩10分鐘以內，不知是否房間還沒整理好，他們直到3點整才給我入房。

Travelers please be aware this b&b does not have elevator. Nor will anyone help you with your luggage. We asked if we can be switched to a lower floor room since we had big luggages and were told they only prepare the rooms that were booked. So we had to carry the big luggage to the 3rd floor. Although it was a quiet week day night with many empty rooms, they refused to make any effort to make it more convenient for their customers. Our reservation says "breakfast included", but we later learned that we only have certain amount of allowance to use for breakfast. We would need to pay extra if we exceed that allowance. On top of that, they charge you a "service fee" for anything extra. We were never charged a service fee anywhere in Taiwan. This is not a common practice in Taiwan. We don't mind paying for service fee as long as good service was provided. But the truth is the service was pretty bad, and they forced you to pay this service fee. The lobby area were supposed to be a cafe where you can read and eat/drink. We wanted to have some tea in the common area and were told no, you can only have tea in your room. This was before 7pm, all the lights in the cafe was shut off. The front desk lady unwillingly turned on some lights for us, and kept on mentioning that they close the cafe area early at night, making us felt that she just want us to leave so she can call it an early night. We do not feel welcomed at all and don't recommend this place.
