If you love outdoor living, Sammy’s Sandbox is the perfect oceanfront escape! This charming beach home offers incredible spaces for every guest to relax and play. Little ones will love the pirate ship playground and covered sand play area stocked with toys, while the whole family can gather at the oceanfront gazebo with a hammock. Take in breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the crow’s nest, or unwind on the multiple levels of decks and screened porches on both the east and west sides.

Inside, the open living area is bathed in natural light from skylights and features all-new furnishings and Direct TV. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, making meal prep a breeze.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements include 2 queen bedrooms, one with access to a screened porch, the other leading to a deck, a bedroom with 2 twin beds with a foosball table and deck access, and a pyramid bunk bedroom with deck access. Two upgraded full baths are shared among guests. Enjoy TVs in every bedroom, plus a collection of games, books, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained.

The owners of Sammy's Sandbox also own the oceanfront lot directly in front of the home. Lounge in your beach chairs watching the sun rise over the ocean just steps from your door!
