Newly opened on April 25 2025 this is a private lodging that can be rented out to one group per day   
  
The origin of the name Kawahara no Ie Riverside House a playground in Heki Hiki  
The countryside grandmas house was a place where both children and adults could play The name Kawahara no Ie refers to a place to return to   
  
It is located almost in the center of the countryside paddy fields and there are rice fields as far as the eye can see The settlement is not densely packed and it is a quiet place with nothing   
There are no street lights and the lights from the neighbors do not reach you at night so you can see a starry sky on a clear night   
  
It is in a good location as a tourist base for Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge Motosumi Shrine Senjojiki Niinohama Hagi Castle Town and Akiyoshidai   
  
There are two convenience stores and one supermarket within a 10minute drive so you can use them to purchase food   
There are also a few restaurants but they are available / Entire building available for rent  
12 tatami mat guest room consisting of two Japanesestyle rooms one 6 tatami mat room and the other 12 tatami mat room  
Please take out the futons for the number of guests from the closet and lay them out  
When checking out please leave them as they are without storing them in the closet  
The veranda faces south and the toilet and washroom face north  
There is a dressing table on the veranda
