The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI. Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises. About the space: Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities: \- One bedroom with queen-size bed \- One bath with shower \- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu \- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave \- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware. \- Nespresso machine \- Separate dining area \- In-unit laundry \- WiFi \- Air conditioning via window unit \- Off street parking Guest access: Guest access via keyless electronic lock. Hubby & I absolutely loved it here! We were within walking distance to everything! And the apartment was so clean, cozy and quiet. Michael thought of everything! Even a beach bag with towels! Walking distance to all downtown locations. Owner has thought of all fine details with lighting, towels,linens, appliances and furnishings. We plan to stay again this summer if available.
