Long stay apartment complex.

The roommate was worn and showing its age. the front door needed a coat of paint and fresh weather stripping. Patio table was moldy. Inside the dish washer didn't work. Living room Furniture was functional but not relaxing. The double bed was two single beds pushed together, but without anything to hold them in place and they kept separating throughout the night. Bathroom was clean. Rate of the room doesn't includeb $35 dollar cleaning fee, which makes it expensive for what you get.

Very comfortable place to stay!

Pros: It's like a home away from home.
Cons: If they would like us to do laundry they should leave soap.
Location: Very near the beach and cute little shops. Lots of grocery stores close by.
The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and clean and really well equipped. The only negative was they wanted us to wash our own towels but did not leave any laundry soap. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Bad experience turned good from good customer serv

Went directly to resort was told had to check in 7 miles away at another resort- Litchfield by the Sea. Once checked in , drive back to resort, opened room to find condo had not been cleaned . Called reception, was on hold for 8 minutes! and the agent said , cleaning staff was gone at 5pm but they would have cleaning crew clean first thing in am! That was unacceptable! Drive back to litchfieid resort. manager on duty provided excellent service and moved accommodations to Litchfield by the sea resort . Not a great start but good customer service prevailed

This was a great stay they didn't have any more 2 bedrooms which is what I paid for and they ended up putting us In a 3 bedroom .. Best stay ever

Nicer than most

The room wasn't very clean. Carpet not vacuumed and floors not mopped. Dirty dishes. Mirrors and sliding glass doors were dirty.Mold issues in the bathrooms.When we arrived they actually didn't have our reservation but had a room to put us in anyways. Other than the cleaning issues all was good.

Loved our villa, the pool was great!! Really enjoyed the weekend here, however getting to the beach was a little frustrating as we spent and hour looking for it and every rep we called didn't have an address or couldn't really explain where it was. A little harder when you are not familiar with the area

Near great golf courses

Cons: Drop box for keys for people staying at True Blue
Had a great trip. Golf courses were great. I would like to have a drop box or some place to drop off keys without going up to Litchfield.

Nice golf villa

Great location in pawleys island. Villa a little dated but comfortable. Managed by litchfield resorts so well stocked and ready to move in with linens and toiletries. Not cluttered as some beach rentals

Very beautiful place clean had many different pool and the staff went out of there way to make us feel like we was at home will stay at one of there establishment again
