施設に対する評価しかなかったので最悪ばかりにしましたが、施設自身は総悪くありませんでした。 お金は支払っていましたが予約がキャンセルされており、もう一度支払わされました。 あなたの会社とホテルの間に入っている会社が有ると思います。その会社とホテルの提携を解消したそうです。 本件一度メールを出したと思いますが返信がありません。 旅行中の様子をネットで紹介しています。今のところ予約がぶっ飛んでたという事実だけを書いています。 至急見解を聞かせてください。 また昨年暮れバンコクに行きました。そのホテルは10時だったか規定の時刻までは受付スタッフが必ず居ると説明されていました。 実際に行くと入り口は鍵がかかりどうして良いか全く分からない。 たまたまタイ語の分かる友人がついてきてくれていたので、 玄関のあるタイ語の張り紙を見て電話をかけてくれました。 15分ぐらい外で待ったでしょうか？漸くスタッフが現れました。 最悪が続いています。こんなフィードバックを得たとしても意味が有るのでしょうか？宿泊先だけでなくあなたの会社の感想も併せて取るようにしてください。
