The beds were comfy, the loft was easy enough to get into (though adults don't fit very well), and the bathroom was just big enough. If you're not a morning person the lack of curtains may be a problem. The temperature inside stayed comfortable despite the heat outside. It was well furnished with everything I could have needed. Even though it is very close to the road, the noise really wasn't a bother. I love that it had a grill and a fire pit to use.
