It’s home to the Morongo Preserve, a lush desert area renowned worldwide for its birdwatching and scenic hiking trails. A hidden gem where nature truly takes center stage. You don’t need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to reach The Aspen House or explore the high desert—Teslas and other luxury cars manage just fine. Some roads can be a little bumpy, so turn on your favorite tunes, take it slow, and enjoy the ride. IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: Please make sure to review the check-in instructions and directions in your inbox two days prior to your arrival. DO NOT use the home address in Google Maps or Maps as it will take you up a rocky road. Dogs: One (1) dog is welcome during your stay for a fee. Please add your dog to the reservation. No other animals are permitted on the property. Maintenance: The pool and spa are serviced twice a week. Each visit takes about 10 minutes and is limited to the outdoor area only. Be cool please. 💕 By booking this property, you agree to all house rules, waivers, and conditions mentioned in this listing. Quiet hours: 8PM - 8AM No loud music or parties. If you’d like the pool heated to 85°F during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. A fee of $250 per day applies, with a two day minimum. Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs: Pools, including swimming pools, hot tubs, and cowboy tubs, provide exercise, recreation, and relaxation, but they can be dangerous if not used correctly. Please observe the following safety guidelines when using any pool on the Property: \- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited. \- The pool should not be used by intoxicated individuals. \- Never use the pool when alone, as there is no lifeguard on duty. \- Children must not be left unattended near the pool, not even for a brief moment. \- For hot tubs, ensure the cover is fully removed before use, and avoid sitting or lying on the cover.
