Should be Bay Park MOTEL

Having stayed at this same hotel two weeks earlier, I’m now satisfied that I gave them a second chance. My first visit like this one heater not warming the room. First visit they moved us. Same results, cold room. This visit they offered to move us but warned that all rooms are the same. They have room service but no one answers the phone. The phone had so much static when talking to front desk. No blow dryer in room. First visit window broken and couldn’t be fixed. This place on par with motel 6 but motel 6 warmer when needed. Ran out of toilet paper with no second roll. Kleenex box hanging out of wall, ready to fall off. Cheap hotel!!!

Staff was not super friendly. The room we booked was not the room we were given and it was very humid in the room. Overall it worked for what we needed it for but we werent super impressed with our stay.

The mattress was very unconfortable! The building was remodeled and it looks fine but once you get in the corridor building you can smell old cigarette smoke in the hallways and the floors are noisy and voices carry/echo.

Glad we found a pet-friendly hotel during a "last minute" visit. Unfortunately, our tv didn't work. I requested a discounted rate, but did not ever hear back from the manager. The room was clean, with the exception of a sticky spot on one of the seats. The hotel was good for the price. If you bring a pet, there is not a grassy area for them to walk.

Decent hotel for the price, but lacking in the way of amenities. There was also a smell in the closet and the fan in the bathroom did not work.

The hotel room itself was spacious and clean. However, due to the setup of the place, it was very loud. We could hear our neighbors through the adjoining door, prople’s voices carried through the hallways and you have to pull the door hard to close it, resulting in a slamming sound. We got to the hotel later, so we just wanted to shower and go to bed. The shower in our room, however, was slow to drain, so we had to stand in ankle deep water the whole time. We didn’t it alert management because it was already late and we just wanted sleep. We booked last minute, so many other hotels in the area were either sold out or prices very high. If we return, we probably will stay somewhere else. But if you find yourself in a similar situation, it’s not a terrible place to stay.

Room was cold, heater was loud, as well as room above us and hallway next to us. Bathroom smelt like sewage. One of the reasons why we picked this hotel was because of an online offer for the Monterey Bay aquarium, buy one get 1/2 off. When we went to buy her tickets, that was not the deal, it was buy tickets and get the second day free. It was completely false advertising.

Our king room was large and had a peek a boo view of the ocean. The bathroom could have been cleaner - hair on the floor, in the bathtub and in the hairdryer. The common areas were very dirty with overflowing garbage bins, spilt pop and milk.
