About this property

COUNTRY COTTAGE WITH ITS COVERED POOL and SPA

  • Former barn renovated into a gite on enclosed land near the owners' organic dairy farm. the stone walls were covered with lime and hemp for insulation and whitewash for decoration. A 90 m2 bio-brick building was attached to it to accommodate the 4.20 x 10.30 and heated swimming pool open all year round and SPA.
    Ground floor: large living room, dining room, TV home cinema, independent kitchen with all mod cons, washing machine, dryer, wc, 1 bedroom 1 double bed 2 beds 90 private shower room and wc.
    first floor: large games room with 2 sofas, billiards, baby, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, wc, bathroom, one double bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, private shower room and a small bedroom with private bathroom. underfloor heating heat pump.
