Résidence propre et calme. Par contre équipements appartement pas à la hauteur du prix de la location. Canapé et fauteuil sales. Rideaux cassés Luminaires inexistants ou ampoules grillées. Très peu de vaisselle, four qui ne marche pas. Pas d’étendoir ( 3 ficelles et 9 pinces à linge sur le toit terrasse) Table jardin petite. Sofa y cama muy cómodos , wifi funciona perfectamente, presión del agua muy buena. Cocina con todo lo esencial para cocinar. Como puntos de mejora , el solárium esta mal aprovechado, un par de tumbonas le vendría muy bien, las persianas están un poco deterioradas y algún store esta roto. Auch die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler haben tadellos funktioniert. Die Nähe zum Meer war toll, die Aussicht ebenfalls wunderbar. Besonders hervorzuheben war die sehr kompetente Betreuung des Interhome Teams vor Ort. Zu Beginn hat das WiFi nicht funktioniert, ein paar Tage später streikte das Eingangstor zum Parkplatz. In beiden Fällen hat das Team vor Ort sehr schnell reagiert und die Probleme umgehend behoben. Piso muy sucio y degradado (cortinas rotas, sofás sucios a más no poder, hormigas). Cuando llueve cae agua del techo del baño (también en el pasillo en la entrada del ascensor, ...) Cocina con vajilla y utensilios sucios y degradados, muchas cosas básicas en falta, por no tener no tenía ni saca corchos) El piso dispone apenas de sabanas, para las noches más frescas no hay ningún tipo de cubrecamas.
