The hotel room and lobby was very nice. Clean and modern. Huge bed. Close to metro. However, there were several things I didn't like. The wifi was non-existant. We eventually asked for help and they gave us their lobby wifi but that only worked if we were in the lobby. We also had a room on the 2nd floor and there was loud thumping music all night till well past 4am. It was a Saturday night but if that's the way it is on a Saturday, maybe they can do something about sound insulation on lower floors/charge less for those rooms/warn us.
We also wanted to go swimming (we had our little boy with us) but we had to request towels in the lobby as well as wear their swim caps. That took a lot of waiting in line to talk to the concierge, then waiting to get the towels..etc. And then the pool/gym is shared with a public gym. The pool was dark - not lit it was a bit odd swimming in a dim glass room surrounded by gym goers from the city.
We were told parking was 25 euros a day. The breakfast was 20 euros each but it was, only OK. I thought a bit over priced for 20 euros.
Have stayed at this hotel many times. Always it is nice, central and close to the Metro. Also it was close to Athletico Madrid's ground where I had decided to go to watch a match. Walking distance in fact. I will continue to use this hotel as it is reasonably priced, and continues to tick the boxes for me.

Modern building located in the city centre, close to the Palacio Real and the main access. Just near the modern mall Principe …More
As above.. Room very clean including bathroom. Air con nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Roof terrace with sun all day round even in September. Lots of amenities close by. Close to metro stop & bars/ restaurants etc.
No bar. Adjoining restaurant only open Monday to Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-1. Not great if you're staying over the weekend and don't fancy venturing out.
Apart from that, wonderful stay at T3 Tirol, thoroughly enjoyed our Madrid adventure and would definitely go back!
I really loved the place. The bathroom was small but i had of my own at the price i paid. The room was good enough for my stay. It is really close to the metro. Only there is no big sign to see where it is. Someone helped me find it . Overall it is a good place to stay.
In the east, overlooked by the retro-looking silver transmission tower, the restful Parque del Oeste contains fir trees and students relaxing on the grass (thanks to the nearby universities). Catch a cable car across the Manzanares river to the Casa de Campo, or watch sunset from a terrace on lively Paseo del Pintor Rosales or the Templo del Debod. The bus station is a major hub for the north-west.
